I have a friend who started a community outreach to the people of downtown Mobile a few years ago called the Loda Project. On Thursday nights we help with washing windows and giving the homeless and others a hot meal to eat that night. I enjoy helping with this because its not for us its us showing these people that God really cares for everyone. I received $40 from Bay Community, that following Thursday I got the idea from my Daddy (Jesus) to make cookies for these people. We serve about 100 people every Thursday night and I made about 3 cookies for each person so I had a lot baking to do. But the true joy was giving back to these people-we all need Jesus no matter what life throws at us. Think if we set aside a little money and blessed someone. Thank you. Be Blessed 2be a Blessing.
