God provided – part 2
This is a follow-up to a story I posted a few days ago.
…. the rest of the story. God just keeps surprising me! My mom was visiting BCM this past Sunday and also received an envelope with money in it. On Tuesday she was asking what I did with the money and I told her that I gave it to one of the guys that worked with me. I in turn asked her the same question and she said that she did not know who to give it to, so insisting, she gave her money to me to give away instead.
One of the employees needed a dryer the other day and I had decided to help her by giving her the money. But when I asked her she said that she got one for only $15.00 – amazing in itself! So I knew that she wasn’t whom God wanted me to help at this time.
Then this morning another employee came in, one that I had just blessed with my BCM envelope money. She told me that she was going to still need to get money from her Christmas savings because her dryer was now broke. Just the day before God had sent her my way to help her pay a bill that would have otherwise gone unpaid until her next paycheck. I knew at that point that I needed to also give her the money that my mom gave me to give away.
It is really awesome how God works and He has truly blessed me and continues to bless me. I just have to remember that God owns everything and anything that I give away or the church gives away is not ours, it is His. He is the “ultimate banker” and creator of everything including money.
