When we prayed about the envelope a young family came to my mind. I prayed for reassurance and the right time to share God’s Stimulus money with this family. They are unchurched, young with 2 small children. One afternoon I shared with them about God’s Stimulus money and told them the envelope was for them. “But it hasn’t been opened” she said. “I know” I said, “it’s for you, not me or us”. God knows your needs, He’s reaching out to you through Bay Community Church. I told her I hoped it would help. Later I found out they bought groceries for the family with those funds. God truly provided. They had paid their bills but had no money left for food. Dad said they would visit Bay Community with us one Sunday or Saturday evening.
