When I received my envelope, right away I prayed that God would show me a sign to give it to the right person at the right time. Well it happened to a person that I least expected or prayed about…..I practically see her everyday as I drop and pick up my 1 yr. old son from a home daycare. She’s the niece of the woman that runs the daycare. She came to work there after the woman’s husband passed away and really stepped in nurturing the children. She’s around 18 or so, and what an amazing girl to give so much love to many kids every day. Well, I was saying good-bye after picking up my son, and God told me to give it to her. He had already given me a hint that the name of the person I was supposed to give it to started with a K, and her name did…I knew it was her. I told them I would be right back, and went to get my envelope. I came in and said, “I don’t know if you’re a believer or not, but God told me to give this to you.” I then told the story about last Sunday, and what I was supposed to do. I started crying, she did too, along with her aunt and cousin that were there. I shared about how Bay made a huge difference in my life and that I would love for them to go with me. They all admitted that they had thought about coming to Bay, and maybe this was their sign. We shared some hugs after wiping away the tears and said good-bye. After getting in my car and bawled like a baby. I was so over-whelmed with God’s love that I couldn’t help myself. I knew that God gave me the sign and was so very thankful for that moment. A moment that everything to do with God’s unbelievable greatness! Thanks Bay for making that happen.
